Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Rivalry Road platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to participate in paid contests on Rivalry Road. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is legal where you reside. Rivalry Road reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access in certain jurisdictions.

• ·You must be a human individual (not a bot or automated system).
• ·You may not maintain more than one account (multi-accounting is prohibited).
• ·Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Rivalry Road may be restricted from contest participation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Rivalry Road reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• ·Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• ·Do not share your account credentials with others.
• ·Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• ·One account per person — multi-accounting is grounds for permanent ban.

Rivalry Road provides an in-app wallet for contest participation. Deposits are processed through Stripe and are subject to verification. All funds deposited are used solely for contest entry and winnings on the Platform.

• ·Deposits are subject to the Terms of Service and Contest Rules.
• ·Rivalry Road does not store your payment card information directly.
• ·Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to verification for fraud prevention.
• ·Rivalry Road reserves the right to reverse transactions suspected of fraud.

Users participate in bracket-style fantasy MMA contests by submitting predictions for fight outcomes. Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest locks. Users participate at their own risk.

• ·Contest results are based on official fight outcomes.
• ·Rivalry Road may modify contest structures, scoring systems, and platform features at its discretion.
• ·Fight cancellations, no contests, or postponements may affect scoring — see Contest Rules for full details.
• ·Rivalry Road may create house-controlled entries to fill brackets.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum of $20.00 and are processed manually by Rivalry Road administrators. Funds are reserved immediately upon request. Rivalry Road reserves the right to review and delay withdrawals for fraud prevention purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• ·Fraud, collusion, or manipulation of contest outcomes.
• ·Multi-accounting or the use of automated bots.
• ·Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or scoring errors for personal gain.
• ·Impersonating another user or Rivalry Road employee.
• ·Any conduct that disrupts or harms the Platform or other users.
• ·Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Rivalry Road employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity. Accounts found to be involved in fraud, abuse, or collusion may have their balances forfeited and accounts permanently banned without prior notice. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity may be reclaimed.

Rivalry Road may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms including but not limited to fraud, collusion, abuse, multi-accounting, or attempts to manipulate contests. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Remaining wallet balances may be forfeited if termination is due to a Terms violation.

All content on the Rivalry Road Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and contest data, is owned by Rivalry Road or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RIVALRY ROAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVALRY ROAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. RIVALRY ROAD'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rivalry Road, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Rivalry Road reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
