Question 1

What is Rivalry Road?

Accepted Answer

Rivalry Road is a fantasy MMA contest platform where participants pick fight outcomes, earn points, and compete in head-to-head bracket matchups for prizes.

Question 2

How do paid contests work?

Accepted Answer

Paid contests require an entry fee deducted from your Rivalry Road wallet. Entry fees go into a prize pool, minus the platform rake. Winners receive payouts based on final standings.

Question 3

How are entry fees handled?

Accepted Answer

Entry fees are deducted from your wallet balance at the time you join a bracket. If a bracket is cancelled, entry fees are refunded to your wallet.

Question 4

How are prizes paid?

Accepted Answer

Prize winnings are credited to your Rivalry Road wallet after the contest is finalized. You can then request a withdrawal to receive funds externally.

Question 5

What is the payout structure?

Accepted Answer

The default payout structure is: 1st place — 75% of the prize pool, 2nd place — 15%, 3rd place — 10%. The platform retains a 10% rake from gross entry fees. Payout percentages may vary per contest.

Question 6

What happens if there is a tie?

Accepted Answer

Ties in matchups are resolved per the tiebreaker rules defined in the Contest Rules. If a bracket-level tie cannot be resolved, prize pool splits may apply at admin discretion.

Question 7

What happens if a fight is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

Cancelled or no-contest fights receive zero points for all participants. If a main event is cancelled, scoring continues based on remaining fights. Significant cancellations may result in bracket adjustments at admin discretion.

Question 8

How do withdrawals work?

Accepted Answer

You can request a withdrawal from your Wallet page. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by admins. Once approved, funds are sent via the method on file. Minimum withdrawal is $20.00.

Question 9

Why is my withdrawal pending?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawals may be pending due to identity verification, fraud review, or processing queue. Rivalry Road may require additional documentation before releasing funds. Contact support if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 5 business days.

Question 10

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Email info@rivalryroad.com with your username, a description of the issue, and any relevant contest or transaction details. Response times are typically 1–3 business days.

Question 11

Can I self-exclude or restrict my account?

Accepted Answer
