Contest Rules

Rivalry Road hosts bracket-style fantasy MMA contests where users submit predictions for fight outcomes. Users compete head-to-head through multiple stages of a bracket until a champion is crowned.

• ·Users submit picks for each fight on a given MMA event card.
• ·Picks are scored based on accuracy of predicted winner, method, round, and over/under.
• ·Accumulated points determine matchup winners at each bracket stage.
• ·The bracket advances until a champion is determined.

• ·Entry fees are specified per bracket and are deducted directly from your wallet balance.
• ·Entry fees become non-refundable once a contest officially locks (at fight time).
• ·If a bracket fails to fill, Rivalry Road may cancel the contest and issue a full refund to all entrants.
• ·Free-entry brackets (entry fee = $0) have no monetary prize pool.

Paid brackets distribute winnings as follows after platform rake:

• ·Platform rake: 10% of gross entry fees.
• ·1st Place: 75% of the net prize pool.
• ·2nd Place: 15% of the net prize pool.
• ·3rd Place: 10% of the net prize pool.

Example: A 10-person bracket at $10/entry generates $100 gross. After 10% rake ($10), the $90 prize pool is split 75/15/10 → 1st: $67.50, 2nd: $13.50, 3rd: $9.00.

Points are awarded per fight pick as follows:

• ·Correct Winner: +5 points
• ·Correct Method (KO/TKO, Submission, or Decision): +7 points
• ·Correct Round: +7 points
• ·Correct Over/Under: +3 points

Maximum points per fight: 22. Correct winner is required to earn method, round, or over/under points in the same fight.

• ·In the event of a tie in a matchup, Rivalry Road may advance both participants to the next stage.
• ·In championship rounds, the field may expand from 6 to 8 participants if ties require it.
• ·Tie-breaking criteria may include total fight accuracy percentage as a secondary metric.
• ·Rivalry Road's decision on tie resolution is final.

• ·Rivalry Road may create house-controlled "bot" entries to complete bracket fields.
• ·House entries participate in contests using algorithmically-generated picks.
• ·Any winnings earned by house entries are retained by Rivalry Road as platform revenue.
• ·House winnings are recorded in the platform ledger for full auditability.
• ·The presence of house entries in a bracket will be disclosed where applicable.

MMA events are subject to late changes. The following policies apply:

• ·Fight cancellations: Cancelled fights are removed from scoring. Picks for cancelled fights score 0 points.
• ·No contests: Treated the same as cancellations — affected picks score 0 points.
• ·Postponements: If an entire event is postponed, affected brackets may be rescheduled or cancelled with full refunds.
• ·Late replacements: Picks for the originally scheduled fighter are void if a replacement occurs. The replacement fight may be rescored at Rivalry Road's discretion.
• ·Main event cancellations may result in full bracket refunds at Rivalry Road's discretion.

• ·Official contest results are final once scoring is complete.
• ·If a scoring error is identified, Rivalry Road may correct the score and re-calculate results.
• ·Dispute requests must be submitted within 48 hours of results being published.
• ·Rivalry Road's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

Rivalry Road takes contest integrity seriously. Any evidence of collusion, coordinated losing, pick manipulation, or abuse of house entry data will result in immediate disqualification and account termination. Winnings from manipulated contests may be forfeited and redistributed.
